Application Instructions

UniversalPegasus utilizes a sophisticated recruiting system (eRecruit) that enhances our ability to quickly review applicant submissions, distribute the information to the hiring manager, as well as facilitate future interviews. In order for you to successfully apply for a position you must utilize our system through the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Within Microsoft Internet Explorer you will need to make the following changes to properly submit a resume…

  • From the Internet Explorer menu bar select Tools > Internet Options and then perform the following task within the "Security" tab…
  • Click the "Custom level" button in the "Security level for this zone" section. (Do not change your default zone, it could be ‘Internet’ or “Local Intranet’, either is fine).
  • Scroll down to the " ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins" section and then to the "Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls" option and make sure the value is set to "Enable".
  • Click the "OK" button to successfully exit the Internet Options dialogs.

NOTE: While in the UniversalPegasus recruiting system you may be prompted to install the JDE ActiveX Control "JDEWebCtlsU". Please be sure to install this control as it is a requirement to successfully applying for a position.

Upon accessing our recruitment site you will have the following three options…

1. Browse Jobs…

This option will take you to our list of available positions within UniversalPegasus. Upon finding a position you will be able to log on and apply via our recruiting system. Note that you do not have to register to browse positions. Once you find a position you will at that point be given the opportunity to register and apply.

2. Log In…

This option is for existing users. You will be able to log on to your existing account, review positions you have already applied for, search for new openings, modify your personal information and of course apply for other positions.

3. New User?…

This option will take first time users through the eRecruit registration process. By doing so you will have access to apply for any position at any of our locations. We of course hold your personal information with the utmost respect and are committed to securing all information you provide.

We highly encourage you to apply via a Microsoft Internet explorer browser, however if there is no option to do so, or you are having technical difficulties with the instructions above, you may submit your resume with the job title of interested position in the Subject Line to jobs@universalpegasus.com
