UniversalPegasus Takes Interest in Canadian Pipeline Engineering Firm

UniversalPegasus International (UPI) has taken a significant ownership in Integrated Pipeline Projects Canada Limited (IPPCL), a major Canadian pipeline engineering and project management firm located in Calgary, Canada, in March 2009. IPPCL has major projects underway for Pembina Pipelines (NIPISI Project), Williams Energy Canada (C2 Pipeline) in addition to several other assignments for TransCanada, Inter Pipeline Fund, and TransMountain Pipeline.
"Our interest in IPPCL will allow UniversalPegasus to better serve our Canadian client’s projects both in Canada and the United States", stated Jerry Mayfield, President of UniversalPegasus. "Most importantly, UniversalPegasus’s extensive GIS pipeline experience will be fully available for Canadian projects through IPPCL’s Calgary office."
